Jason Allen
Senior Pastor
Pastor Jason Allen came to Woodlawn in April 2020 as the Senior pastor. He gave his heart and life to Christ Jesus at the age of 16. At the age of 18, he surrendered to God’s call to ministry and since then has faithfully served the church in various capacities, including worship pastor, student pastor, and lead pastor. He earned his BA in Christian Ministry from Leavell College and his MDiv Standard from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary.
Pastor Jason has a deep passion for the Word of God, the gospel of Jesus, and empowering the church to reach the world for Christ. His greatest prayer for the church is that they would know Christ intimately, grow in their walk with him, and go forward with the message of Christ to the world.
He married his beautiful bride and partner in ministry, Heather Woolfolk Allen, in 2007, and they have three children: Caleb, Gabrielle, and Micah.
Join us at 10:30am each Sunday morning to be encouraged, challenged, and equipped by the preaching of the Word of God through Pastor Jason.
